Molineux has built significant leadership experience in the WBBL. As Melbourne Renegades captain, she has shaped team culture, backed young players, and delivered some of the most memorable seasons in the club’s history.
Taking charge in WBBL|07 (2021), the then 23-year-old became the youngest Renegades captain. She immediately made an impact by guiding the team to a 2nd-place finish on the points table and a spot in the finals — a major turnaround for the club.
