Namibia are all set for some important cricket action across the 2025-26 season. They will feature in three tri-nation series to decide their World Cup qualifier fate.
Then the Eagles have another ICC event qualification on the line in Zimbabwe. In between, they will meet South Africa in the first-ever international match between the two sides. All in all, Namibia have some exciting fixtures ahead of them.

Canada Tri-Nation Series (4 ODIs): August-September 2025
Namibia’s season starts in Canada. They will tour the North American country for a tri-series, which also features Scotland.
The Eagles will play four ODIs on the tour, two each against the host and Scotland. Their first match is against Canada on August 27. The next game is against Scotland on August 29.
Namibia’s return fixtures against Canada and Scotland will be on September 2 and 4.
T20 World Cup Africa Regional Final: September-October 2025
After wrapping up the North American tour, Namibia will gear up for their T20 World Cup qualification. They will fight for one of the two spots available in the grand event.
Namibia will feature in the Africa Regional Final, which starts on September 26 in Zimbabwe. They will take on Kenya, Nigeria, and Malawi in their Group A fixtures.
Namibia’s first match is against Kenya on September 26. Two days later, they will square off against Nigeria. And their last group match is against Malawi on September 30.
If the Eagles finish in the top two, they will advance to the semi-finals and hopefully the final.
Namibia vs South Africa (1 T20I): October 2025
Namibia will return home for a historic moment. The Eagles will host their neighbour, South Africa, for a T20I game. The first-ever T20I between them will take place on October 11.
T20 World Cup: February-March 2026
If Namibia enters the final of the Africa Regional Final, then they will turn up in the T20 World Cup 2026. The African nation will then travel to the Indian subcontinent for the ICC event in February and March 2026.
Namibia Tri-Nation Series (4 ODIs): April 2026
Namibia will once again shift their focus to ODIs. They will host a 50-over tri-nation series in April 2026.
Oman and Scotland will be the other participants in the series. The Eagles will face both teams twice in a double round-robin format. This will be Namibia’s last tri-series at home under the current World Cup League 2 cycle.
USA Tri-Nation Series (4 ODIs): May 2026
In May, Namibia will tour another North American country, the USA. The Americans will host the Eagles and the UAE for a tri-nation series. Namibia will take on both teams twice on their tour.
