Usman Khawaja has had a good career for Australia, especially in Test cricket. Alongside his international career, he has had pretty decent stints in T20 leagues, most notably in the Big Bash League (BBL).
While Khawaja has been elegant with the bat, he has also been showing his leadership tactics in the BBL. Although he doesn’t have vast captaincy experience, he has done well.
On that note, here’s Usman Khawaja’s captaincy record in the BBL.

Although Heat couldn’t win the trophy, it set a platform for them to triumph in the 2023/24 season.
