The Uttarakhand Premier League (UPL) 2025 will begin on September 27, 2025. The league returns for its second iteration after a successful inaugural season last year. And riding on that success, the league has expanded with more matches and more teams.
Defending champions USN Indians will take on Dehradun Warriors in the curtain raiser. Tehri Titans and Rishikesh Falcons will make their UPL debuts later in the day. The other three teams are Haridwar Elmas, Nainital Tigers, and Pithoragarh Hurricanes.
These seven teams will meet each other once in a single round-robin format. So each team will play six matches in the league stage, which will see 21 games.
Then the top three teams at the end of the league stage will move into the knockouts. The table toppers will advance straight into the final, while the other two teams will fight it out in the eliminator to seal the other final spot.
The eliminator winner will then battle it out against the No. 1 to crown the champion of the UPL 2025 season. Dehradun will host the final on October 5 at 7:30 PM.
