Rinku Singh is a left-handed batsman. who plays Indian cricket in the T20 format. He represents Uttar Pradesh at the domestic level and KKR at IPL. He is also an occasional right-arm off-break bowler. He made his international debut on 18 August 2023 in a T20 match against Ireland. Rinku Singh scored 83 runs for Uttar Pradesh A cricket at the age of just 16. He also represented Uttar Pradesh at Under-16, Under-19 and Under-23 level and Central Zone at Under-19 level. He made his first-class debut for Uttar Pradesh in the Ranji Trophy 2016–17 on 5 November 2016.

Rinku Singh, playing for Kolkata Knight Riders against Royal Challengers in 2018, did not manage to show his best performance, he scored only 6 runs.
