Each team will field their best six players in this six-over-a-side tournament. Teams will first navigate through the group stage before they qualify for the knockouts.

After the group stage, the top two teams from each group will advance to the Cup quarter-final. The last team from each group will play in the Bowl matches.
The winner of every quarter-final will seal their spots in the two Cup semi-finals, while the losers will square off in the Plate semi-finals. The semi-final winners from the Cup and Plate matches will battle it out in their respective finals on November 9.
